Watermelon mojito smoothie drink another great option to beat summer. It is a non alcoholic mojito that too with mint flavor. So anybody can enjoy this during summer days.

So if you want to spend Rs 60 then you can easily make 4 glasses of delicious watermelon mojito smoothie. Though nowadays roadside street food corners also offer water melon mojito at a reasonable price but hygiene may be a critical factor to choose such roadside juice corner.

Okay, now let’s talk about watermelon mojito smoothie recipe. It is a very simple recipe and absolutely non alcoholic mojito drink. It won’t take too much time to make. Apart from its basic ingredients, I just need a good blender (mixie) and knife to make this awesome water melon mojito smoothie drink. Its list of ingredients includes perfectly ripe water melon, lemon juice, ginger juice, mint leaves, chaat masala, black salt, sugar, soda & chilled water.
Watermelon mojito smoothie recipe
- 2.5 cups watermelon puree (1 very small watermelon)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 10-12 mint leaves (pudina patta)
- 1.5 tsp ginger juice
- 1.5 tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp black salt
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 glass chilled water
- 500 ml soda water
- Add watermelon, lemon juice, mint leaves, ginger juice, chaat masala, black salt, sugar & chilled water in a blender and blend till it becomes a perfect smoothie
- Now pour this smoothie into glasses and add soda water, stir to mix
- Then garnish this water melon mojito smoothie with lemon wedges & mint leaves
Watermelon puree: Before making watermelon puree, you need to remove seeds, so cut watermelon wedges into finely chopped pieces, take all chopped water melon in a plate and shake it, now collect chopped water melon pieces very carefully from the top. Leave seeds in the plate. Now blend water melon pieces in a mixie.
