Paratha is a very very popular food in North India. It is famous in Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, UP and Uttarakhand. Punjabi people like it very much. Paratha comes in different varieties. Aloo paratha, gobi paratha, paneer paratha, methi paratha are few names of that long list. People love to have this with dahi (curd) & aachar (pickle). It’s not a light meal but still people enjoy it for breakfast. A stuffed paratha sometime is heavy. If you have not tried this yet, then you must try this next time. Parathas in some Punjabi dhaba are so popular.
This is another favorite breakfast and generally, it is preferred by North Indian people but across the country it is popular.
