Pineapple is one of most mouthwatering summer fruits. Though it is July month and summer has gone. But still, pineapple is available in the market and it always reminds me of summer days. Pure fresh pineapple juice is always delicious and it brings water into my mouth but pineapple ginger juice is not something that will try to avoid.
Pineapple ginger juice recipe is not something like rocket science. Anybody can do their own work and make really something best for them.
How much ginger juice will you prefer in your drink? How much sweetness will you love in your drink? How strong you want your drink? Will you enjoy pineapple juice with added water or will you prefer it without diluting? Will mint work in this drink according to your taste?
Actually answer to those questions will be different for every people. That is why I find homemade juices/drinks always better because it is something what I actually want.
I actually wanted to make pure pineapple juice. So I bought a perfectly ripe pineapple from the market and tried to extract juice from it but surprising I get pineapple juice more than my expectation. So I decided to make pineapple ginger juice too.
I was so lucky that I had a large size perfectly ripe pineapple which was so juicy and helped me to make four items. I prepared roasted pineapple pancakes, then made pure pineapple juice & natural pineapple & ginger juice and here it did not end. The residual what I got after extracting juice from pineapple pieces and used that to make very delicious & mouthwatering pineapple fruit chutney with dates and dry fruits.
My performance in utilizing that pineapple helped me to forget the pain of loosing Argentina FIFA world cup knockout football match against France. This FIFA World cup is full of surprises. Small teams are playing well this time. Japan reaches in Round of 16 whereas Germany could not reach at Round of 16 level. Uruguay defeated Portugal when many people were thinking that this year Portugal would be champion. Russia defeated Spain at Round of 16 and reaches FIFA World Cup quarter-final.
So now with a broken heart, this pineapple ginger juice played a role of consolation, haha.
