Peanut masala dry chaat recipe
- Roasted peanuts – ½ cup
- Onion – 1 large size
- Tomato – 1 large size
- Cucumber – 1 small size
- Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Roasted coriander powder– 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Green chili – 2 (chopped)
- Black salt – as needed
- Lemon jiuce – 1.5 tsp
- Heat a flat pan and add peanuts to roast in low flame and continuously stir (refer detailed description for making without fire)
- Take chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chili in a bowl and mix those with roasted peanuts
- Now add roasted cumin & coriander powder, red chili powder and mix with all vegetables & peanuts
- Add black salt and lemon juice and mix well
- Serve this

Ingredients
- Roasted peanuts / moongphali – 1/2 cup
- Onion / pyaz – 1 large size
- Tomato /tamatar – 1 large size
- Cucumber / kheera – 1 small size
- Roasted cumin powder / bhuna jeera – 1 tsp
- Roasted coriander / bhuna dhania powder – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder / lal mirch powder – 1 tsp
- Green chili / hara mirch – 2 (chopped)
- Black salt – as needed
- Lemon jiuce / nimbu – 1.5 tsp
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan and roast peanuts for 5 minutes in low flame and continuously stir (or directly buy roasted peanuts from market)
- Take all chopped vegetables (onion, tomato, cucumber, green chili) in a bowl and mix those with roasted peanuts
- Now add all spices (roasted cumin & coriander powder, red chili powder) and mix with vegetables
- Add black salt and lemon juice and mix
- Serve this as snack
