Experts can say so many BIG BIG things but I can not. They even have a lot of data to share but I do not have any such data. I just blog and learn from my blogging journey. I did so many mistakes, rethink on my mistakes, then again do some weird experiments, moved from one sub-niche (the topic of a blog post) to another but still keep maintaining a link (or flow among my all blog posts) among the sub-niches. AND the link is FOOD – COOKING – EAT – DRINK. Ohhh! I am feeling hungry, now. But sometimes when I learn something or somehow I manage to gather my thoughts & experiences through my blogging journey and sit in front of my computer and write such a post on blogging. This one also outcome of such a situation, haha. I think it may be your story too. WRITE anything honestly what you have learned or experienced. You do this did wholeheartedly and that is all about blogging. When you are in front of your computer and about to start writing a blog post, you definitely do a proper planning for that activity? In a simple sentence I mean to say that you should have an answer of “HOW TO WRITE A BLOG POST?”
BECAUSE search engines are not human beings, they can not realize your emotions, the depth of your writing, experiences, and knowledge and more importantly SE do not understand about what topic you actually wrote. But still, search engines will know something about the content by checking some parameters of your content. Though exact parameters are never revealed by any SE (like Google, Bing etc). But still, people learned it from their experiences and experts knowledge.
So everybody follows certain tricks while writing a blog post. But it is more important to know which trick will give you more benefits than others, actually. This needs a lot of experiments on his own blog.

Keyword selection:
Selection of keyword is the most tricky part for blog-post writing. Any wrong selection of keyword may give you a negative impact on your SEO. Keywords can be considered in two categories. One is the main keyword and another one is supporting keyword.
Main keywords are those which attract maximum organic traffic and directly related to your overall blogging niche. So it should be carefully selected and blog post for such main keyword must be written with proper care and in detailed content is expected.
Supporting keywords are those which are related to the main keywords, passing link juice to the page with the main keywords. Pages with such supporting keywords generally attract less organic traffic but help the ranking of main keywords. I normally keep the content size of pages with such supporting keyword less as compared with pages with the main keyword.
SEO Title & meta description:
You can use SEO title different from the actual headline of the blog post. Sometimes you want to keep blog post title simple but for getting higher ranking in SERPs you may want to change the title to make it more SEO friendly.
Meta description is also an important aspect of blog-post because it helps SEs to know more about the content. Not only that when it comes in SERPs then meta description help visitors to know more about the content and it leads more traffic towards your blog.
