Ingredients
⅔ cup yogurt / curd
¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
10-12 mint (pudina) leaves
2 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp roasted coriander powder
1 green chili for paste + 1 green chili finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
Salt as needed
Water ½ cup
Instructions
Take all yogurt in a blender & add chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder, 1 green chilli, salt and then blend to make a smooth paste
Now add water and blend for a few seconds (do not blend too much after adding water)
Take it in a large bowl
Now add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves over mint raitha & serve
