Pudina raitha, Delicious raita with mint leaves

Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup yogurt / curd
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 10-12 mint (pudina) leaves
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tsp roasted coriander powder
  • 1 green chili for paste + 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • Salt as needed
  • Water ½ cup
Instructions
  1. Take all yogurt in a blender & add chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder, 1 green chilli, salt and then blend to make a smooth paste
  2. Now add water and blend for a few seconds (do not blend too much after adding water)
  3. Take it in a large bowl
  4. Now add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves over mint raitha & serve
