Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes, Very simple recipe but surprisingly very delicious food, you can't avoid this
Ingredients
Banana - 2 large + 1 small, slices
Milk - 1 cup
Egg - 1
All-purpose flour - ½ cup
Raisin / kishmish - 2 tsp, paste
Raisin - ¼ cup, whole
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Honey - ½ tbsp
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Oil - 1.5 tbsp
Instructions
Blend 2 large banana, milk, egg, raisin paste, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder & 1 tbsp oil together, adjust thickness, add water if needed, do not make it extra thin or extra thick
Now heat a cooking pan, spread few drops of oil over flat pan
Now pour batter/mixture to make 3-4 inch size circular pancake
Then cook both sides of the pancakes, add little more oil if needed
Now serve banana pancakes with honey & additional banana slices & whole raisins
Notes
If you make mixture too thin then pancakes will not be enough fluffy, even in case of too thick batter pancakes will not be soft & delicious. If you are making the first time then observe your properly when you are pouring batter into cooking pan, if it is not expanding outer side once you pour batter over frying pan then it is too thick, but in case, it is spreading faster towards edges then you should add little more all-purpose flour or banana to make it thick
