Refreshing pomelo salad

Ingredients
  • Pomelo - 1, medium size
  • Apple - 1 medium size
For salad dressing
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1.5 tsp
  • Green chilli - 2 chopped
  • Chaat masala - 2 tsp, optional
  • Dry mango powder - 1 tsp
  • Black salt - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Cut apple into thin slices, remove skin of pomelo and separate it juicy part
  2. Spread all items (sugar, lemon juice, green chilli, chaat masala, dry mango powder, black salt & salt) for salad dressing and toss for a few number of times
  3. Salad is ready to serve
Notes
Properly peel & remove the skin of pomelo, otherwise taste of this salad will be little bitter
Use green chillies little less or more according to your taste, if you want to add little more chillies then remove the seeds of chillies, otherwise, you can keep seeds
Use sugar powder instead of using sugar crystals
