Best homemade mango ice cream, without using ice cream maker

Ingredients
  • Mango - 2 medium size, ripe
  • Full cream milk - 1 cup
  • Fresh cream - 1.5 cup
  • Honey - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - ½ cup
Instructions
  1. Peel skin of ripe mangoes and cut into pieces and take it in a mixie
  2. Now blend all mango pieces and make pulp
  3. Now heat full cream milk in a cooking pot and add mango pulp into it and add sugar stir continuously
  4. After 5 minutes switch off fire and blend it by using hand blender
  5. Now add honey and fresh cream and again blend till mixture becomes smooth and consistent
  6. Now take it in a flat container/pot, and keep it freezer
  7. After 1 hour take it out and again blend, then keep it in freezer for another one hour again blend the mixture
  8. Now you have done it halfway, so keep it in freezer for 5-6 hours and your mango ice cream is ready to serve
