Best homemade mango ice cream, without using ice cream maker

Serves: 4 bowls
- Mango - 2 medium size, ripe
- Full cream milk - 1 cup
- Fresh cream - 1.5 cup
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Peel skin of ripe mangoes and cut into pieces and take it in a mixie
- Now blend all mango pieces and make pulp
- Now heat full cream milk in a cooking pot and add mango pulp into it and add sugar stir continuously
- After 5 minutes switch off fire and blend it by using hand blender
- Now add honey and fresh cream and again blend till mixture becomes smooth and consistent
- Now take it in a flat container/pot, and keep it freezer
- After 1 hour take it out and again blend, then keep it in freezer for another one hour again blend the mixture
- Now you have done it halfway, so keep it in freezer for 5-6 hours and your mango ice cream is ready to serve
