Now heat oil in cooking pan and add tomato puree, chili sauce, red chili powder, roasted cumin & coriander powder and stir well
Now add soya chunks and mix with spices & suaces, then add salt & cook for 3-4 minutes
Now add soya sauce & garam masala and mix with soya chunks
Cook for another 3 minutes and add lemon juice & switch off burner
For grilled vegetables
Cut all vegetables and add olive oil, black pepper, red chili powder & salt
keep in microwave oven safe flat pot and place it in oven
Now grill it for 6-7 minutes at high power level
Take vegetables out of oven and add lemon juice
Keep in serving plate and also keep spicy soya chunks fry
Spread some more black pepper powder and additional lemon wedge
Serve hot or warm
Notes
To make tomato puree, boil 2 medium size tomatoes and peel off skin, then blend it in mixer grinder You can use ready tomato puree and chili sauce what are easily available in market
