Ingredients
  • Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - ½ tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - ½ tbsp
  • Ajwain seeds - ⅓ tbsp
  • Saunf / fennel seeds - ⅓ tbsp
  • Methi / fenugreek seeds - ⅓ tbsp
  • Red chili - 3
Instructions
  1. Heat a pan and roast all spices
  2. Allow all spices to rest for 10 minutes and pour in a dry grinder and grind all spices
  3. Make fine powder of all spices
  4. Take achar masala in a small container for using in many dishes
