Aloo jeera recipe

- Potato – 2 large size
- Ginger – ½ inch
- Cumin seeds – 4 tsp
- Red chili / mirch powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder (haldi) – 1 tsp
- Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
- Green chili – 1 large
- Coriander leaves (chopped) – for garnish
- Lemon juice – according to taste
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Cut potato into small cubes and boil
- heat oil in a pan and add ginger and cumin seeds
- Cook for 3 minutes and add chopped green chilies
- Now add small potato cubes, add salt and cook well
- Once potato changed its color, add red chili powder and turmeric powder
- Fry for another 3-4 minutes and add coriander leaves for garnish
- Switch off flame and add few drops of lemon juice
- Serve hot with tawa roti
