Pineapple chutney recipe

- Pineapple – 500 kg
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Fennel seeds (saunf) – ½ tsp
- Raisins / kishmish – 20-30 pieces
- Cashew nuts -20-25 pieces
- Coriander seeds – ½ tsp
- Fennugreek (methi) seeds – ½ tsp
- Sugar – 150 gm
- Oil – ½ tbsp
- Cut pineapple into small pieces and blend in mixer (you can add some water) and make a paste of it
- Heat a cooking pot and add oil and fry all five spices but do not burn those spices
- Now add all pineapple paste to that cooking pot
- Mix all ingredients well and cook for 5 minutes
- Now add sugar very slowly and stir continuously and add raisins & roasted cashew nuts
- Stir till it becomes thick (it will take another 5 minutes to become thick)
- Now it is done, serve it hot or cold
