Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup fresh coriander leaves
  • ½ cup yogurt/curd/dahi
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tsp lemon juice, optional
  • 1.5 tsp roasted cumin powder, optional
  • 1 medium-size green chilli
  • ⅓ inch ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Rock salt as needed
Instructions
  1. Wash mint leaves and coriander under running water, inspect both leaves properly, remove dried leaves
  2. Take all ingredients in a blender then blend it to make a smooth puree
  3. Then take that puree in a bowl, serve it with fried food or any other food, keep residual in the refrigerator for further use
