Pudina chutney, Delicious spicy mint leaves chutney

Serves: 3-4 people
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup fresh coriander leaves
- ½ cup yogurt/curd/dahi
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tsp lemon juice, optional
- 1.5 tsp roasted cumin powder, optional
- 1 medium-size green chilli
- ⅓ inch ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- Rock salt as needed
- Wash mint leaves and coriander under running water, inspect both leaves properly, remove dried leaves
- Take all ingredients in a blender then blend it to make a smooth puree
- Then take that puree in a bowl, serve it with fried food or any other food, keep residual in the refrigerator for further use
