Plain raita, Delicious raita with spices

- 1.5 cups yogurt
- ½ cup water, optional
- 2-3 coriander plant, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1.5 tsp roasted coriander powder
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- Salt as needed
- Take all in a large bowl and whisk with a manual blender
- Serve this with roti or rice
Use electric blender for making plain raita in large quantity
