Ingredients
100 gm puffed rice/murmura
Handful peanuts
10 garlic cloves
20-25 curry leaves/kadi patta
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Pinches of asafoetida/hing
Black salt as needed
For garnishing
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped tomato
¼ cup farsan/sev, optional
Handful chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
Heat oil in a kadai/cooking pot, add garlic cloves (mash with your knife before adding), curry leaves and peanuts and cook till peanut cooked perfectly
Now add hing/asafoetida, red chili powder and stir for next 1-2 minutes, then add puffed rice/murmura/kurmura and switch off fire
Now add black salt & chaat masala and mix with puffed rice and keep it on the on the oven for next 3-4 minutes to make puffed rice crispy
Now pour it in serving bowl and add some finely chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves, add some farsan/sev if you want and serve
