There are so many delicious paneer dishes which people like so much. If you like to enjoy paneer as a starter, then you must try paneer tikka, garlic paneer etc. If you like to have this for lunch or dinner with roti, paratha, plain rice, pulao or biriyani then you should try paneer bhurji, paneer masala, shahi paneer, paneer pasanda etc. But if you like creamy & spicy dish then, there is no alternative of paneer butter masala. Here I am sharing a special paneer butter masala recipe what I use to have for my lunch & dinner.
Paneer butter masala is preferable with both Indian bread and rice items. Its gravy is light colored than paneer masala, creamy and shiny due to fresh cream & butter. It tastes like sweet, hot & spicy item. You can have raita (onion raita, boondi raita & cucumber raita are preferable) with this as a side dish.
