Paneer bhurji recipe is one of the most simple recipes and very tasty too. But you need to know, when you will add each ingredient and how long that needs to be cooked. You can have paneer bhurji with plain paratha for breakfast or a full meal (lunch and dinner) too. It needs hardly 15 min for preparation and cooking.
You can have paneer bhurji with half toasted bread for breakfast. I have it even for lunch and dinner when I was staying with my friends. Sometimes I prepared paneer bhurji and bought chapati (or tawa roti) from the market and have this for dinner also.
That is why I love this paneer bhurji so much. It’s very easy and delicious. Within few minutes your dinner or breakfast will be ready. But always try to use fresh paneer otherwise you will not get an actual taste of it.
I personally like paneer bhurji little bit bhuna that means I cook onions and tomatoes till it releases oil but if you do not like this can leave tomatoes and onions little bit juicy. Some people also add chat masala but I do not like chat masala for this recipe. I tried this with chat masala too but I like without this. So all these optional ingredients you can try and check which one you like and which one you do not.
