Ingredients
  • Mangoes / aam - 2 medium size, ripe
  • Curd or yogurt / dahi 150 gm
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Cashew nuts - 15 gm
  • Honey - 2 tsp, optional
  • Water - 500-600 ml, chilled
Instructions
  1. Peel perfectly ripe mangoes and chopped, finally blend to make smooth puree
  2. Now add cashew nuts and honey and blend all ingredients
  3. Now pour curd or yogurt to blender and blend again
  4. Pour chilled water and sugar and mix with the mixture to make perfect mango lassi
  5. Now pour delicious mango lassi into glasses and serve
