Special mushroom pasta soup, Italian style Indian soup

Ingredients
  • Mushroom - ½ cup, cut into pieces
  • Pasta - ½ cup, spiral
  • Tomato / tamatar -1 medium size
  • Onion / pyaz - 1 medium size
  • Garlic / lahsun - 4 cloves
  • Ginger / adrak - ½ inch
  • Red chili / lal mirch - 1.5 tsp, powder
  • Turmeric / haldi - 2 tsp, powder
  • black pepper/kali mirch - 2 tap, powder
  • Salt - as needed
  • Oil - 1.5 tbsp
  • Water - 3 cups
Instructions
  1. Cut tomato, onion and garlic in to large pieces and put in mixer grinder, also put garlic cloves in mixer grinder and blend to make smooth puree, add water if needed
  2. Heat oil in a wok and pour that puree and cook for 4-5 minutes, till it becomes dark in color and releases oil
  3. Now add turmeric powder, black pepper, salt and red chilli powder and mix with that puree and stir for next 2 minutes
  4. Now cut each mushroom into 4-6 pieces and add to that cooked puree
  5. Cook mushroom pieces for another 5 minutes till it becomes soft
  6. Now add enough water, let it start boiling and add pasta (spiral) and boil it for 7-10 minutes
  7. Once it is done you can remove it from fire, if not then keep it for another few minutes to adjust its thickness
  8. Now switch off flame and serve this special mushroom pasta soup in a bowl
