Healthy & tasty mix vegetable soup recipe
Ingredients
  • Onion – 1 small size (finely chopped)
  • Ginger – ½ inch (chopped)
  • Garlic – 3-4 (chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Beans – 2 (chopped)
  • Carrot – 2 inch (chopped)
  • Potato – half of 1 small size
  • Soy sauce – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1 tsp
  • Sunflower oil / olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – according to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat a cooking pot and add sunflower oil or olive oil
  2. Now add chopped onion, ginger & garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes
  3. add other vegetables (tomato, potato, beans & carrot) and fry for 3-4 minutes
  4. Now add 4 cups water and let it start boiling, boil it for 6-7 minutes
  5. Now mashed potato with serving spoon (or use a masher)
  6. Now add soy sauce and cook 5 minutes more
  7. Pour soup in 3-4 bowls and add black pepper in every bowl
  8. Serve mix vegetable soup hot
